Great success in registrations for this years “Mondiali Antirazzisti”! In three days over one hundred registrations were received, by teams filling in the form on the website to participate to the 11th edition of the “Mondiali”.

The "Mondiali Anrazzisti" is to be held from 11th -15th July, at its new location in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna, Italy. The organisers will close registrations once they receive the maximum figure of 204 teams.

Unfortunately, as in previous years, it is impossible to accept all teams - due to space limitations there will have to be a selection process, and inevitably some teams will be disappointed. However, groups can ask to be put on a waiting list, as sometimes teams might withdraw just a few days before the tournament, whilst other times groups needing visas to come to Italy won't make it in time.

Have a look at the selection criteria, as the Mondiali Organization explains in its official website. The preference is for mixed or ethnic minority teams, as well as groups coming from very far away or teams who have traditionally attended; the idea is to promote national diversity as much as possible, which is why Italian and German teams are granted only a limited number of places, compared to the high number of requests.

The selection process is not easy, but every team will be contacted as soon as possible with an official reply, whether it was accepted or not.
